MahaNakhon Thai: มหานคร is a luxury mixed-use skyscraper currently under final stages of completion prior to the grand opening in late August 2016, located in the Silom/Sathon central business area of Bangkok, Thailand.
Designed to fit into the Thai landscape with a unique pixelated facade, it features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building.
Following transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, it has been recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May by CTBUH at 314.2 metres (1,031 ft), with 77 floors.
Featuring hotel, retail and residences, 200 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok inside the building are priced between around US$1,100,000 to US$17,000,000, making it one of the most expensive condominiums in Bangkok.

The #MahaNakhon building is now #Bangkok's tallest building at 313.4 meters. However, next up will be 615 meters!
The news is out and the Rama IX Super Tower in Bangkok, Thailand once completed in 2019 will be the tallest structure in Southeast Asia and ASEAN. This was recently announced during a ground breaking press conference held in Bangkok in October 2014. The 320,000-sqm Rama IX Super Tower will measure 125 storeys tall at a height of 615 meters high and feature 90,000 sqm of office space and a 260-room luxury six-star hotel.

Tiderne skifter alt blive støre, da jeg i tidernes morgen kom til Bangkok var der ingen 7/11 ingen McDonald eller andre udlandslandske forretningskæder , det højeste hus et hotel var tre etager, lyskurver var der kun en af |
