PATTAYA-22 September- [PattayaDailyNews]; at 16.00pm Pol Lt Col Chitdecha Songhong, deputy chief of Najomtien police station, summoned Mr Ponrun Chartbud aged 22 and Mr Nuttapong Pooncharoen aged 24 who are victim of big bike gang who had attacked them to identify the suspect. The victim identified Mr John Lee 43-year-old Australia national as the attacker.
Meanwhile, Pol Capt Saichai Khamjulla, deputy inspector, revealed that he has detail of the gang already. Previously, there was a rumour that the victim threw a rock at the biker before, the officers confirmed that the biker might misunderstood. In addition, Mr Nopparat Prakongyod aged 45,one of the victim, can record a video that the gang chased and tried to attack him with a knife.
Mr Nopparat said that John Lee drove zigzag so he had to let him go first before John Lee stopped at a bar so he went to talk with him. When he reached Lee’s car, Lee pushed him back and gave him a middle finger before he grabbed a knife to attack him.
Mr Ponrun claimed that Lee drove the car and crashed his motorbike in front of his house so he and his brother decided to follow Lee and threw a rock at the car.
Police officers revealed that the gang is Hell Angel and the police officers are intensely monitoring them.

Two Australian Hells Angels surrender to Pattaya police
CHON BURI— Two tattooed Australian bikers involved in an assault on two Thai brothers in Pattaya reported to police on Friday and paid 150,000 baht in compensation to their victims.
Daniel Anthony Stalley, 34, and John Lee, 43, both members of the Hells Angels motorcycle club, turned themselves in to Pattaya police chief Pol Col Apichai Krobphet and made statements regarding the Sept 17 incident.

They were escorted to the police station by Pol Maj Piyapong Ensarn, tourist police inspector.

Credible evidence has emerged that seems to confirm the Australian bikers, who were involved in a fight with a group of Thai men on Friday were, in fact, only defending themselves.
